Biomechanical Testing

Correctional exercise for shoulder stability

This biomechanical testing captures fundamental movements, motor control within movement patterns, and competence of basic movements uncomplicated by specific skills.

The testing is comprised of seven movement tests that require a balance of mobility and stability:

  1. Deep Squat

  2. Hurdle Step

  3. Inline Lung

  4. Shoulder Mobility

  5. Active Straight Leg Raise

  6. Trunk Stability Push-Up

  7. Rotary Stability

It will determine the greatest areas of movement deficiency, demonstrate limitations or asymmetries. Allowing me to create a corrective functional movement program. It has been shown improving functional movement will reduce the risk of injury and increase the ability to perform.
